COPACKING

Pro-logis is a 3 pl warehouse services company, however it is only 50% of our business. The second half is copacking and all types of specialized goods handling. Together with our standard warehousing services we offer also professional packing services, mainly co-packing. But we offer not only co-packing, but also labelling, bundling and unbundling of different types of products.

1. Co-packing. We offer 3pl a wide range of co-packing services. We pack goods re-pack items from bigger boxes into smaller packages, stands or displays. It can include labelling or any other way to prepare the goods. We have experience with different types of co-packing services. We prepared boxes, displays, stands of personalized baskets or bags. We can also prepare promo sets.
2. Labelling. We offer labelling of different products, e.g. carton boxes, toys, books, cosmetics or any other type of products. We offer also a service to remove labels of returned product. We have experience with large volumes, measured in tens of thousands of items in one batch.
3. Bundling, unbundling and upcoding of products. We have experience with promo sets of different sizes, marketing kits. We can also unbundle ready-made sets and put the items aside.

End products. We offer a wide range of different types of goods handling. We have experience with stands, displays and different types of sets. Our end product could be a tailor made promo set, different types of product kits or small cartons. But we also provide re-packing services, typically re-packing products from containers into small packages. We also up code products and enclose all types of documents, together with producing labels and product labelling.

Range of products. We have already prepared stands with toys, cosmetics, books, stationary, confectionary, tools, coffee and many others. We know how to handle very large and sometimes very heavy items, e.g. electro and home garden domestic tools. But we handle small items, bottles, food jars, cosmetic jars and boxes.

Infrastructure. We have the required infrastructure to make co-packing efficient, what means to you fast and in reasonable prices. We employ more than 100 experience co-workers (we are in this business for more than 10 years)

Full service. As we provide also a typically 3pl warehousing services, together with forwarding services, it is possible (and very common) that we offer our customers the full value chain. Our service starts from in-delivery, quality control and storage, until the time, when the delivery needs to be prepared. Once the job is done, we can also organize an outbound logistics, in a door-to-door system. On top of it, we have vast experience with specific demands of end customer, typically large retail chains.

Outbound logistics. We cooperate with all Polish couriers, but we have also our own forwarding office, which is able to organize delivery to all European countries. Our specialty is logistics to very specific and highly demanding end customers, as we cooperate with all Polish retail chains, so we know their specific demands.

Our typical end customers. Typically, we prepare stands for big retail chains. It is a unique competence, as you need to prepare hundreds, most likely thousands of stands in a very short time, typically just a few days. 

Experience with retail chains. As you perfectly know, the retail chains put on suppliers very strict and tightly controlled conditions, when comes to on-time delivery, timing and sizes of deliveries. We have long experience with those requirements, so it is not an issue to us to comply with.

Specific jobs. We serve a wide range of other, sometimes very specific jobs. We already pumped rubber balls, re-pack toys from large cartons into promo bundles, removing labels from returned books, sorted out mixed deliveries of goods returned from retail chains. We are also familiar with unbundling and upcoding.  

Professional packing, We have vast experience with specific packing, we know how to pack caron stands, promo bundling package, making sets and protect them by professional packing. We are able to make kits and prepare all types of promotional packing, cartons, plastic bags and individual packages.

Courier box packing and freight packing. We have specialized infrastructure and packing competence to do all types of packing, both for courier box packing for retail customers as well as freight packing for truck deliveries. We operate all types of pallets, EURO, Chep as well as we are familiar with container deliveries, which require manual handling.
