Pro-Logis Limited Liability Company respects and upholds the Users’ right to privacy. Below you will find information regarding how we collect, process, and use information about Users of the website https://pro-logis.waw.pl/, as well as how we ensure the protection of Users’ personal data.
§ 1. Definitions
The following terms used in the Privacy and Cookies Policy are assigned the following meanings:
- Administrator – Pro-Logis Limited Liability Company, address: ul. Bardowskiego 10, 03-888 Warsaw, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000832336, REGON: 145844990, NIP: 5272667502, e-mail: biuro@pro-logis.waw.pl.
- Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person using the Website.
- E-mail – an electronic mail address.
- Privacy and Cookies Policy – this document.
- Terms of Service – the terms of service for electronic services available at: https://pro-logis.waw.pl/en/terms-and-conditions/.
- Website – a system of web applications consisting of static and dynamic documents, including files such as graphics, scripts, and other interconnected elements, made available under the domain https://pro-logis.waw.pl/.
- Services – services provided by the Administrator through devices for electronic data processing and storage via the Website, as described in the Terms of Service.
- User – any entity using the Administrator’s Services through the Website, who is a natural person and is obliged to comply with the Privacy and Cookies Policy and the Terms of Service.
§ 2. Personal Data
- To use the Website, particularly the contact form, it may be required to provide the following personal data:

- In the case of recruitment conducted by the Administrator through the Website, the User may optionally provide additional data, which may include, in particular:

- Date of birth,
- Education,
- Professional qualifications,
- Employment history.
- All personal data is collected, stored, and processed on the Website. In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, p. 1), the provision of personal data is voluntary.
- The provided data is protected from access by third parties and is used by the Administrator solely for communication with Users, necessary for the performance of the Service.
§ 3. Personal Data Controller
The Administrator of Users’ personal data is the Administrator.
§ 4. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
- Personal data is collected, stored, and used by the Administrator with the voluntary consent of the Users to whom the data pertains, in accordance with the law, following proper procedures, and in a manner that ensures their security.
- Providing personal data by the User is voluntary but necessary to use the contact form or other Services provided electronically by the Administrator that require the provision of personal data.
- The Administrator may process personal data for the following purposes:
- Acquiring clients for further cooperation, i.e., providing services for them,
- Acquiring partners for cooperation in providing services to clients,
- Fulfilling contracts,
- Recruiting personnel,
- Handling complaints,
- Potentially establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
- Personal data is processed only for the duration of the provision of the aforementioned services.
§ 5. User Rights
- The User has the right to:

- Access personal data,
- Rectify (correct) personal data,
- Delete personal data (“right to be forgotten”),
- Restrict the processing of personal data,
- Transfer data to another personal data processor.
- Any person who has consented to the processing of their personal data in connection with the use of Services or applications available on the Website may submit a relevant request in one of the following ways:
- By sending an appropriate e-mail of withdrawal to the Administrator’s address, or

§ 6. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
Any complaints related to the processing of personal data may be submitted to the supervisory authority, which as of the date of this document, is the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
§ 7. Disclosure of Personal Data
- The Administrator does not disclose—nor does it sell or lend in any way—the personal data collected from Users to third parties other than the Administrator and the entities listed in the following section.
- Personal data of Users may be entrusted, under separate data processing agreements, to entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, who are involved in providing services offered by the Administrator:
- entities supporting the Administrator’s IT systems or providing IT tools,
- entities providing advisory, consulting, auditing, legal, tax, and accounting services on behalf of the Administrator,
- other entities cooperating with the Administrator.
- When entrusting personal data to the entities listed above, the Administrator requires each entity to maintain the confidentiality and security of information and to implement data protection measures at least equivalent to those applied by the Administrator.
- The Administrator may decide to transfer data outside the European Economic Area only to the extent permitted by law.
§ 8. Cookies
- The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. Cookies are data files, specifically text files, that are stored on the User’s device (e.g., computer, mobile phone) and are used to access websites, allowing the server that created them to read information contained therein.

§ 9. Final Provisions
- The Privacy and Cookies Policy takes effect on August 28, 2020.
- The Privacy and Cookies Policy is made available to Users of the website free of charge on the website in such a way that the User can obtain, reproduce, save, and store the content of the document using the IT system they use.
- The Administrator has the right to block access to the website or part of it for valid reasons, including in particular if any misuse of the website is detected or if circumstances arise that could harm the User or the Administrator.
- Should any provisions of the Privacy and Cookies Policy be deemed invalid or ineffective, such invalidity or ineffectiveness does not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions. The Administrator will strive to replace invalid or ineffective provisions with new, legally valid provisions.
- Regarding information presented on the website that was placed or provided by third parties, the Administrator bears no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of such information or for its suitability for any User actions.
- The Administrator also bears no responsibility for any User’s use of the website contrary to the provisions of the Privacy and Cookies Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable laws, or agreements between the Administrator and the User.
- The User shall be responsible for all consequences resulting from the incorrect completion of forms available on the website, especially in cases where the User provides incorrect or false data.
- The provisions of the Privacy and Cookies Policy do not affect the ability of Users who are consumers to rely on mandatory provisions of consumer protection law.
- In matters not regulated by the Privacy and Cookies Policy, the provisions of Polish law apply, including the Act of April 23, 1964—Civil Code and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means, as well as other applicable provisions of Polish law.
- Disputes arising from the interpretation or performance of the Privacy and Cookies Policy shall be resolved by a court with jurisdiction over the Administrator’s headquarters, in accordance with applicable law.
- The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Privacy and Cookies Policy. The Administrator shall notify Users of any planned amendments to the Privacy and Cookies Policy by placing information on the planned changes on the website at least seven days before the changes take effect.
- This Privacy and Cookies Policy supersedes any previous regulations regarding privacy policy and cookie policy.
